I acknowledge and agree that all products purchased from Southern Peptides LLC are for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical, or veterinary use under any circumstances.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand and accept that any use of the products outside of laboratory research is strictly prohibited. I assume full responsibility and liability for the safe handling, storage, and use of these products once they are delivered to me.

3. Waiver of Liability

By visiting Southern Peptides LLC, this agreement, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Southern Peptides LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences — arising from the misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized use of the products.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Peptides LLCfrom any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) that may arise from my possession, handling, or use of the products purchased.
